As a reseller of CrowdStrike services and products, Netris Cyber Security, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, guarantees, and representations regarding CrowdStrike offerings, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Specifically:

1. We do not warrant or guarantee that CrowdStrike services will:
– Detect, prevent, or eliminate all system threats, vulnerabilities, malware, or malicious software
– Operate without interruption or error
– Meet any specific customer purposes or needs

2. We make no warranties regarding:
– Merchantability
– Fitness for a particular purpose
– Non-infringement
– System uptime or availability
– Accuracy of threat detection or prevention
– Performance of the services

3. Any warranties provided for CrowdStrike services are solely those expressly provided by CrowdStrike in their applicable service agreements and are subject to CrowdStrike’s terms, conditions, and limitations.

4. Netris Cyber Security, LLC shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation:
– Loss of profits or business
– Loss or corruption of data
– System downtime
– Costs to procure substitute goods or services

This disclaimer applies regardless of whether Netris Cyber Security, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
